My husband and I both trained with Jackie at his well-equipped private gym (shared with a couple other PTs+clients). It was a great experience to get us back into weight lifting. Like many, we gained weight during the pandemic. Thanks to Jackie, we were able to shed some pounds and gain some muscle before our home gym was finished. In addition to working out with him, he programmed home/gym workouts via TrueCoach so we could exercise and keep track of our progress. Unfortunately, we both had to return to the office, so weren't able to continue training with Jackie, but we highly recommend him!

Jackie is one of the best personal trainers you can get in the Bay Area, I was training with him for a little over a year and during that time I learned a lot about fitness and nutrition because of him. I would tell him the goals I had and he would curate specific workouts to achieve those goals and he would also give advice on what meals should look like to help me achieve my goals. Every time I wanted to change my goal he would tweak my exercises and inform me what exercises helped grow what muscles. He’s also very flexible with training times, for example if one of the days I could only train early in the morning he would be there to train with me. Overall he’s a really amazing trainer and I would 100% go back to train with him!

I've been training with Jackie for almost seven months, and the transformation has been incredible — not just physically, but mentally too. I've lost weight, gained strength, and most importantly, I've been able to train consistently without aggravating my ongoing back issues. One of the main reasons I looked for a trainer was because I kept injuring myself when working out alone and didn’t feel confident in the gym. Thanks to Jackie’s close attention to proper form, I haven’t had any back pain from our sessions. He’s also taught me how to train safely on my own, which has been a huge boost. Beyond his skills, Jackie is simply a great person to spend time with. I genuinely enjoy our sessions, and it feels good to support someone who brings so much care and professionalism to his work — and who's also supporting a small family. Highly recommend!

Been working out with Jackie for a few years now! He's extremely reliable and knows when to push me, always providing clear instructions. He can adapt the workout to injuries or the equipment available in five seconds. He's also just a great guy all-around and fun to hang with!
