Thanh made time to come and check out my leaky roof early one morning before the rain started. Although he didn't find the problem that another worker had told me about, he was able to lay plastic on the roof as a temporary fix. The rains came as scheduled but there was no leakage into my garage. Nice work.

Lisa is awesome. We had moved across the country with a 3 year old and all our stuff from 10 years together and downsized only to find ourselves completely disorganized and crazy busy. I had heard of the new trends in Japanese organizing tactics but just didn't have enough time with a crazy work schedule. Lisa sorted thru things, gave us piles, let us take as much control as we needed to oversee what went out and stayed, but took a huge relief of organization off my plate. I highly recommend Lisa as a phenomenal design and organization professional. Grateful for her help in clearing away years of clutter we didn't even know we'd picked up. I was lucky enough to find Tara on a home organization website. She gave me an awesome deal. She has the greatest ideas and she is very deliberate. Her focus is on functionality & beauty. She has great respect for her clients and she asks you to decide what to keep & what to throw away. She is not a boot camp Sargent. She's funny and friendly and a pleasure to be around. She is great at providing explanations for functionality & convenience. I now have WILDLY MORE SPACE in the same apartment I've lived in for 4 years. She accomplished all this without mocking my complete organizational incompetence once, even though it begged to be made fun of.. Lol! I am looking forward to my two more appointments with her to tackle the hot mess that is my upstairs. The HOT MESS that was my bedroom is now an organized, easily maintained sleeping facility. Tara is great at reminding you that you're trying to change your life by changing and streamlining your living space. I find I sleep soundly and am not crazed looking for stuff when I wake up. My hours are crazy in that I work at 3:30 am to 12 noonwith rotating days off. Prior to Tara's help, I would wake up ' have to wade thru my closet in the hopes of finding a clean available uniform. Now all the clean uniforms are hung right in a row up front & all the dirty ones are in the hamper in the bathroom. It's worlds easier to plan for and I can sleep an extra 7 minutes because of it! Yeah!! Having all of my things easily accessible saves me an untold amount of stress. She's given me a lot of good techniques for maintaining my newly organized living space. Thus far I haven't had trouble keeping everything arranged as she had it. She's a friendly, funny, and obviously well organized person. She was able to get my vanity in perfect order in less than 20 minutes. Now all my hair things are neatly in one area, makeup separated in another... It was amazing to watch her. Hiring her is one of the best things I've ever done.
I had Erica and Dave come out to our home in Calabasas to do a deep clean and to handle pressure washing our garage and patios. Man, does she work fast! Room by room she cleaned every nook while Dave pressure washed. We didnt know that they did window washing too so when we found out we added it on. Dave left the exterior home looking like a model home and apot free. Great jobs you two, we are already lookjng forward to your next visit.
Muriel helped organize my entire messy storage space. She worked patiently with me to open boxes, organize what we would give away, throw away and then take to my apartments so that I could actually USE and ENJOY some of my things. Muriel is pleasant to work with and very hard working - she even checked to see about a few companies for me that would pick up the boxes I wanted to give away. She does not stop until the job is finished! I am going to hire her again to organize my bedroom closet and turn it into a master "boudoir."
Gayle and her daughter, Sara have worked with me on a few projects over the years. They were always prompt, courteous, efficient and oh soooo helpful. The largest project Gayle helped me with was our two car garage. It was filled with 20 years worth of accumulation. Things accumulated by my family and even some of my neighbor's things I was storing. We were able to gently sort through everything, stuff easy to donate or toss and emotionally laden mementos that were much harder to decide to keep or get rid of. We had keep, trash, donate and sell piles. We carefully boxed and organized the keep items in a way that makes my garage an efficient storage area for me with easy access to items I use on a less than regular basis, like my once a year camping equipment and my large crowd holiday dishes and serving pieces, as well as our bikes, tools, suitcases, etc. Gayle helped me have the courage to gently tell my neighbor's daughter that I no longer had the space to store her late mother's boxes and I needed her to come collect them. Sarah helped me with light housecleaning and organizing of my medical and wound care supplies after my recent surgery. I highly recommend Chapin and Daughter for your organizing and personal assistant needs. They were gentle yet effective in helping me get rid of some things I really didn't need to hang on to, yet helped me to feel ok about keeping important mementos and showed me how to keep them safe, secure, and preserved but not cluttering my house.
I currently live and work in Los Angeles and am extremely busy. I wanted a designer who would make my house a home. Elda came to me with specialized skills, was extremely creative and has excellent communication. Her good artistic eye and knowledge about complementary colors, fabrics and finishes etc. was spot on. She is highly organized, managed the budget with accuracy and made miracles happen. What I liked most was her confidence and professionalism. Dina is great to deal with. She sent two of her organizers over to deal with my garage one day then just the lead organizer over to my old house to clean out there 2 days later. The first day, they sorted out the junk from the keepers in no time and even hauled all the donations away. They were very professional and efficient. They were always keeping track of the clock and very respectful of the time frame. I had to go to my old house and clean out the garage there as well, and she was able to get me one of the same organizers to lead my crew to get that garage under control as well. My only criticism would be that its a little expensive to pay 2 organizers the same rate in order to get the job done, especially since only one can lead, the other then ends up being mostly an expensive manual laborer. The first day I worked with her 2 organizers, it was definitely a productive day! They even managed to squeeze in making my office look presentable! However, for the 2nd garage I brought 3 of our workers to assist the lead organizer and felt it was a better use of money. For about the same cost, I had 3 people to do the heavy lifting and got things done even faster. If you have access to a handyman or a few guys willing to do manual labor, definitely get them to help with one of Dina's organizers if you have a big job like a garage cleanout. She clearly has high standards for who works with her. I plan to use her services again in the next week and possibly on an ongoing basis!
Veronica arrived early and with an incredible, eager and professional attitude. She was VERY organized and knew exactly how to tackle our out of control pantry. Veronica worked efficiently and throughly! She completely transformed our crazy pantry into an orderly paradise. I will for sure be hiring her again for either cleaning and/or organizing jobs.

Tuchi will change your life! The day Tuchi would clean it was always the happiest day coming home to our apartment - expertly organized, spotless, smelling great. She would take initiative but was always respectful and asked if she could move something or change something etc. She always went above and beyond and I was so sad to hear she moved out of my area. She is so kind and genuine on top of her great service as well!
