- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The services I provide are custom to each client. I will do my best to try to work within your time frames and budget. I will only engage with new clients that will result in a win win situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon engagement with a new customer I will work to understand your business model and your goals. If needed, I will help you define metrics for success. Depending upon the size and complexity of the customer it can take days to weeks to determine the proper course of action. I have worked with business with no web site (Google My Business) to sites with over a 500,000 pages of content and millions of back links. Your customized course of actions depends on your goals, your site and the level of competition in your area and industry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career as a software engineer. I have an undergraduate degree in economics with a focus on econometrics and statistics. Also an MBA with a minor in computer science. SEO is a technical field and its about measuring the effectiveness of ones work. What works and what does not work.
