- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My industry has lots and lots of variables, so my pricing has to be determined by individual cases. However, I'm not into "surprising" my clients with a higher cost than anticipated. During the consultation, I can usually estimate the price. Then after some research, I can give my client an actual price quote before they commit to anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love being on top of the latest trends in my field. I subscribe to a magazine for my industry, as well as watching tutorial videos for fresh, new ideas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been an artist my whole life and this is an art form that is so much more than 2-dimensional design. Plus, I've always loved making things with my hands and this is a very hands-on field of work.
