- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary based on complexity of return. I work from my home to keep my costs down. My returns significantly lower priced than most firms that operate out of an office. I do offer a first year client discount! I also offer free consultation, so if you're not happy with the cost, you owe me nothing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with you in the privacy of your home or office. I review your prior year tax returns. Then we have a through interview using a questionnaire to know your tax situation I collect the data and required documents and take it to my home office. I complete the return, send you a secured copy electronically for your review and then efile upon your approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Enrolled Agent, I am required to take 16 hours of continuing education annually and have a total 72 hours every 3 years.
