As a journeyman carpenter I became a General Contractor in 1995. I started in construction in high school in my first drafting classes I fell in love with houses and building. After 25 working in the field I knew I wanted to stay in construction and building, but drafting seamed a bit easier on my body. I took classes and learned Revit building information modeling. Michael has completed several jobs for my husband and I including a major renovation of our Victorian home and building 4 ADU’s on our rental properties. We always found him very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I honestly don’t know how we would have navigated all of the intricacies of building codes, permits and engineering without him!

I needed a commercial ti plan drafted for my new retail lease to submit to the city and I needed it done fairly fast. Michael not only understood requirements in designing the plan to get it to pass for permit approval, he also worked very fast and was communicative the entire process.
