Marvel Cake creations are extraordinary!! There is no way you could be unhappy with the final result. Her taste and talent is astonishing. The beautiful appearance was also a delicious tasting cake.
I wanted cupcakes that would be classic and elegant without being predictable or uninspired. I felt comfortable letting Maryam (Marvel Cake) exercise full artistic control. I was thrilled at the result's were the prettiest cupcakes I've ever seen and it tied everything together with rest of my party decoration beautifully!

Maryam, the creator of all the marvelous cakes is truly an artist... I found out she has a fine arts degree... that explains how she can create whatever your heart desires.
If you live close to San Jose, you are lucky, because you can order delicious cup cakes and cakes and one of a kind designs for any occasion... you can just order for no occasion... I would just order couple of dozen and surprise few neighbors with their after dinner dessert... I can't wait to visit San Jose again ... all my friends and relatives order from Maryam"s Marvel Cake... try it.. you would never buy another cupcake or cake for any ocassion from any other place... Maryam's cakes are so delish that you want to share and impress everyone with your taste and thoughtfulness, you can start making up occasions... imagine how happy you will make a teacher, if your child took him or her a dozen cup cakes.... be creative, everyday can be a occasion... you don't need to wait for a birthday or wedding... you can give cupcakes or a cake just to say thank you, you are special... Maryam made a cake for my friends baby shower and it was AMAZING.
I am extremely ... snooty?, yes I was very stuck up about the quality of cake I required for my best friend. I looked thru endless pictures and reviews of cake shops and pictures of their past work. I decided to contact Marvel Cakes and was not let down.
Maryam called me right away, asked detailed info on what I wanted, sent me pictures back and forth and in the end said she would try her best. I feel that was an extremely humble understatement of what she delivered. She met and exceeded what I expected, on time and perfect.
I can't not say enough good things about the quality of her work. I also can not believe how perfect the color blue she chose went with our decorations. And the bling!!!
*sigh* the cake was seriously the highlight of the party. And it was a great party!!! But what can I say, the cake takes the cake.

We bought a delicious and beautiful Angry Bird cake from Maryam for my daughter's 4th birthday in June. It looked just like the picture, she actually had two photos of the Angry Bird cake on Yelp, one that was rounder and one that was flatter, I wanted the flatter looking cake and I was happy I got exactly what I asked for. I really like Marvel Cake because Maryam is very responsive, she answered my emails quickly and I love that she has great pricing for cakes! This will make me a fan of hers for years and years to come since I do have 3 kids and lots of birthday parties. The only small complaint I have is that a few of the letters were not placed securely on the board the cake came on. Luckily I did not lose any of the letters during my drive home. But overall, it was a great experience!

I contacted Maryam about a cake for my baby shower back in March. She was very fast to respond to my email inquiry. She asked me to send her ideas of what I was looking for. The next week we met up and discussed the cake more, which colors, design, and flavor. We decided on a vanilla strawberry cake, as I am not much of a "sweet cake" lover. The cake came out amazing! As you can see in the photo. Everyone at the baby shower asked me where I got it from. Maryam also made red velvet cake pops which were a huge hit. I know this because they were all gone within seconds! I would definitely recommend using Marvel Cake. I will be a return costumer :)
