Victor L. says, "Sam at PlumHVAC and his crew installed and tested a Gree heatpump unit at my home. Their work was of high quality at a competitive price. There was an issue with the existing level hight of the condensate drain line which they diagnosed and corrected as one would naturally expect, but what was surprising to me was that, they did not build me for the installation work until all was corrected and working 100%. Something rare these days, and it speaks about standing behind one's work. The system gas been running well for about a month or two."See more

The day before the appointment, a very kind woman called to confirm, and about 30 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival, I received a text message with the name and picture of Luis, the lead technician.
