Our Thermador oven stopped working properly and was overcooking food. I called Amperage, Rich called me back within minutes and was able to come out that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined what needed to be done. He provided a written estimate and ordered the parts after I approved it. On the day the parts arrived, he called, arranged a time, and fixed everything in an hour, and our oven was working again!
