Introduction: Soul Esteem is an inclusive space for total wellness, healing, and connection. During your healing session -- breath, movement, and energy is incorporated to to align the mind, body, and spirit for improved wellbeing, mindfulness, and joy.
I guide my clients via private or community healing sessions, home/office energetic space clearings, Reiki Certification, and retreats.
I offer Reiki Energy healing sessions to reinvigorate the body and release trauma, ancestral or family trauma healing sessions to transmute past pain into power, in home or office energetic space clearing sessions, Curanderismo traditional medicine appointments, wellness retreats, and Reiki Level, I, II, and Master Certification.
I invite you to join the monthly membership "Sanctuary" for continued integration, support, community, guided meditations and breath work, group coaching, workshops, book club and reiki healing circles.
We use spiritual tools like Reiki, journaling, sound healing, affirmations, aromatherapy, embodiment, gratitude, and meditations to break free from past traumas, old patterns, emotional blockages, and limiting beliefs, to transcend pain into abundance, expand our wellbeing, to step into co-creation, and build a life with limitless possibilities.

We enjoyed our event with Michelle as she was able to meet everyone at a level they were , as we had some that were not familiar with healing and self awareness and others had been involved with these experiences. We definitely would work with Michelle again and looking forward to it.

Misha sparked an interest in me when I caught a live she did on Therapeutic Ketones and the rest is history. You always hear about the importance of your Mind, Body and Soul being aligned and the importance in being healthy and balanced from all aspects, but do many of us really know where to start in that balancing and healing process?
