- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts on large projects and special pricing for repeat customers. I can also offer promotions during specific seasons or when combining multiple jobs (installation + repair). I always strive to offer the best possible price without compromising on the quality of materials or workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and transparent: 1. First, I speak with the client to understand what type of fence they need, the measurements, and any project details. 2. Then, we schedule a visit or I review photos to provide a clear estimate. 3. We confirm materials, design (such as privacy or panel-over-panel), height, and final price. 4. We schedule the work for a convenient date. 5. I perform the installation, ensuring a clean, sturdy, and properly aligned job. 6. Upon completion, we review the work together to ensure everything meets the client’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over four years of experience installing and repairing fences in the San Jose area and throughout the Bay Area. I work on various types of terrain, including uneven and sloping surfaces. I have experience building wood fences (such as redwood) and fabricating and installing both wood and metal gates. I handle the entire process, from site preparation and post and concrete installation to final finishing touches to ensure durability and an excellent appearance. I focus on providing quality solutions, good communication, and results that meet client expectations.
