- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of health and fitness solutions and our pricing reflects all of those options. We have set our average price between $30 - $90 per session but that is just an estimate because depending on the service and solution provided. We recommend a phone call to first see if we can help you and if we can, we will suggest the best training solution we think will help you reach your goal! Our programs are offered monthly in addition to 12-week and 16-week programs. We focus on 30, 45, 60 minute sessions with our clients, helping them maximize their training experience while learning how to effectively workout at home. Clients have the option of training 1-3 x per week depending on their fitness background, level of motivation, and guidance required. Programs are flexible and can change month to month if needed based on the needs of the client, increasing or decreasing the volume of virtual training. VIRTUAL TRAINING SOLUTION: Our private training solution includes access to our entire Daily Nourish list of health & fitness offerings. You will go through an orientation week prior to your program starting covering a wide variety of health & fitness topics (See section below for more details). Clients will meet LIVE with their coach for a 30,45, or 60 minute Virtual Training session using either Zoom or Google Meet. Clients will also have a custom program created for them specific to their goals with daily accountability and coaching communication through our health & fitness app. NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE REMOTE COACHING: Our Remote Online Coaching Program includes access to our entire Daily Nourish list of health & fitness offerings. You will go through an orientation week prior to your program starting covering a wide variety of health & fitness topics. Clients will have a custom program (FITNESS & NUTRITION) created for them specific to their goals with daily accountability and coaching communication through our health & fitness app. Coaching calls will take place in addition to the clients online program they complete for additional support, guidance, motivation, and accountability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone consultation to review your goals, past experiences and current struggles/obstacles that are standing in your way from reaching your goals. The more we get to know a new client, the better we will be able to assist them, and early communication is KEY for building a strong foundation!

Coach David received a B.S. in Exercise Science and is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for the past 15 years. He also hold specialty certifications: - N.A.S.M as a weight loss specialist - EXOS - Fitness Specialist - EXOS - Performance Specialist - PFPS - Pain Free Performance Specialist - Technogym Master Trainer - TRX - Certified Suspension Training Instructor - TRX - Certified Group Suspension Training Instructor Coach Giselle received a B.A. in Communication and is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise and N.A.S.M for the past 15 years.
