11 years in health and fitness field. I have taught everything from swim instructing to roller skating. I can build a health and fitness program to help you reach your goals! I am a phase 2 certified Master Personal Trainer by the AAAI and ISMA. I have experience working with all skill levels including adults, children, and people with disabilities I enjoy helping others lead a more healthy and active lifestyle. I am currently updating my personal training certification through NASM to include a Nutrition certification and a Women's focused certification. Perfect for new or soon to be mothers to want to lead a more health and fitness focused lifestyle

My wife and I had a fantastic time training with Jenene. She designed all our workouts based on our goals; they were very balanced in strength training, endurance, mobility and yoga. She makes sure to keep the workouts engaging and fun. Throughout our workouts, she was very watchful about maintaining a good form which is so important for avoiding any injuries. Besides that, we got great guidance on eating right - she is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well. I highly recommend her as a trainer.

Jenene is excellent. She listened to me and modified exercises to make sure my needs were met. She asked the right questions and designed work out to help me achieve the results I was most interested in. She was very quick on responding and always confirmed her appointment day before. I definitely recommend her for people who want a motivational coach who listens to your needs. Her workouts are fun and enjoyable!

Janene has been a wonderful fit for my family. All 3 of us wanted to build strength and flexibility after a difficult year. She's done a great job of pushing us appropriately and making the work outs engaging. I also appreciate her encouraging text messages during the week to keep us motivated.

My elderly parents are training with her right now. My dad is 80 and has had multiple strokes, my mom is in remission from a breast cancer scare last year. My mom can't stop raving about how much she enjoys working with Jenene. They have both noticed improvements in their strength! They were so happy with her services that they now see her twice a week.
