This morning my refrigerator Thermador is stop cooling. it making clicking sound and my ice cream is melted. From start to finish, the guys at Progress Appliance were perfect. John came the same day and fixed our Viking refrigerator. He was careful and professional. Refrigerator repair was done in 3 hours and i was able to come back to work. The quality of the job is excellent. These guys are doing things the right way. I wish all my home service workers could be this good!

Progress Appliance Repair Technician came out on time and made same day dryer repair. It was not heating dryer. He is professional and polite He had a part in his truck! Progress Appliance Repair was great. Dmitry arrived on time for a scheduled appointment needed to resolve a cycle problem with my vertical washing machine. He and the office answered all questions. Time needed to resolve may have taken a bit more time than originally thought but there were no add on fees for the time. Processed the payment professionally. Will definitely contact for appliance services in the future.
