- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I generally just charge $35 to look at the issue, and after determining what needs to be done, I give you an exact quote. Most jobs I quote are $50-100. I am able to fix almost all issues remotely using a free program called Team Viewer. Payment can me made via Venmo or via zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After payment has been made, I log on to the customer's computer remotely and within 10 minutes determine what needs to be done. If it is an easy fix, the $35 is all that is owed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working with Apple computers for 12 years. I know them inside and out and tend to be much more knowledgeable than even level 3 support at Apple.
