- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $80 to look at the issue, and after determining what needs to be done, I give you an exact quote. Most jobs I quote are $40-160. I am able to fix all issues remotely. Payment is made at the time of scheduling appointment, and can me made via Venmo or via Zelle. I am also the only one to offer same-day service. Call or text to schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After payment has been made, I log on to the customer's computer remotely, and within 10 minutes determine what needs to be done. If it is an easy fix, the 80 is all that is owed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with Apple computers for 12 years. I know them inside and out and tend to be much more knowledgeable than even level 3 support at Apple.
