Justin was very quick to respond to me throughout the whole troubleshooting process with my Mac. His knowledge of Apple products and Mac OS was top notch — he spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem and repair my computer. Justin was always patient, methodical and professional. Ultimately I had to take my MacPro into Apple AGAIN for repair–I had taken my computer to the Apple Genuis Bar twice before calling Justin. Apple was able to get my MAC working again but they stated it wasn't something anyone could repair without their specialized software. I would totally use Justin again in the future and highly recommend him.

I have been using a Mac since 1985. I sort of know my way around, but I was stumped and needed a professional. Justin was just the man. His ease of competence and professionalism really impressed me. Both through phone calls & screen sharing he knew my problem and moved with speed and skill to correct it. Yesterday I had little hope of recovering my data or my computer. Justin did a great job improving the speed of my 2015-vintage iMac. After assuring all my content was safely backed up to iCloud, he wiped my hard drive and then reinstalled everything. The successful reload satisfied us that I do not have a failing hard drive. He also reloaded Microsoft Office apps and sorted out other third-party site/apps issues. Finally, he recommended a security/hard drive maintenance solution to keep my configuration optimized. It is easy to use, transparent and effective so far. As a result, my computer's speed has improved dramatically ... as has my mood! All this for only 1 1/2 hours charged ... great value. I will go straight to Justin for any future Apple challenges, and highly recommend him ... truly an expert!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I generally charge $80 to look at the issue, and after determining what needs to be done, I give you an exact quote. Most jobs I quote are $40-160. I am able to fix all issues remotely. Payment is made at the time of scheduling appointment, and can me made via Venmo or via Zelle. I am also the only one to offer same-day service. Call or text to schedule.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After payment has been made, I log on to the customer's computer remotely, and within 10 minutes determine what needs to be done. If it is an easy fix, the 80 is all that is owed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been working with Apple computers for 12 years. I know them inside and out and tend to be much more knowledgeable than even level 3 support at Apple.
