- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your ideas, needs, and budget, then schedule a walkthrough to review the space. After that, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we complete the work while keeping communication open and treating your home with care. We finish with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience working in a family-owned construction business, where I learned every aspect of the trade from the ground up. I’m also college educated with coursework in construction management, which helps me plan projects efficiently, manage timelines, and deliver quality results.
