These sessions are great if you're starting or restarting your fitness journey and want to create consistency long enough to see results. This is for you if: ▪️you want accountability because you struggle to workout on your own ▪️you don't want to think about what exercises to do, you just show up ▪️you want to learn how to exercise correctly & safely ▪️you don't want to workout with others, instead you want individual attention in a private studio gym. ▪️you want guidance on how to workout while accommodating for injuries ▪️you are pregnant or postpartum (certified through GGS) This is not for you if: 🔺you expect dramatic 2-week transformations like in the magazines at the checkout line 🔺you want results but are not ready to change your lifestyle and routine 🔺you are unwilling to take responsibility for your actions & make decisions based off self-feedback and coach guidance 🔺you are willing to sacrifice your overall health & wellbeing to fit a certain size What sessions are like: You start off by booking a time on the calendar when you purchase a session. On the day of your session please come prepared with a towel, water & gym equipment (optional). First 5 minutes we'll warm up and check in, then we start your workout and in the last 5 minutes we'll transition out of your workout by stretching and foam rolling. FAQ: Can you create additional workouts for me to do on my own? Yes, for motivated clients or for active clients additional workouts can be delivered to you through the Trainerize app. Will you give me a meal plan? No, I can provide meal ideas or help you modify the meals you already love. You shouldn't have to say goodbye to them. Can you modify the workout for my injuries? Absolutely, let me know your injury and what movements bother it.

Bet’s personal trainer ever. She motives me and pushes me and when I try and make an excuse she pushes me even further. Loves her job very much and her clients. Will give you a great workout routine and will follow up with you to make sure your doing your part at home. Always makes sure your goals are met. As a person she’s very friendly and caring and will hear you out, almost like a life coach. Just overall a great trainer. Blessed to have hired her.

Teresa has been amazing! I have back problems and she has created a plan that makes sure I am doing the right movements. As my back gets better, she adjusts our fitness sessions. Our sessions are fun, motivating and just what I need to get back into shape, while still doing safe movements for my back. She is very patient, punctual, knows what she's doing and makes things fun. I highly recommend Teresa!

Teresa has been absolutely wonderful. She is a patience and positive trainer. She is very knowledgeable of the human body and always teaches good form. I came to Teresa after years of not working out and she has always made me feel comfortable while training. She gives me challenging workouts but will also modify when she sees that my body needs a break. She is a great motivator and I always leave my workout feeling energized. I would definitely recommend Teresa for anyone wanting to push themselves more in their fitness goals or for the ones just beginning their fitness journey!

I have been training with Teresa for over three months and I’m stronger, smarter, and feel great about my body. She works with my schedule, is extremely motivational, fun, and encouraging, and extremely educated on multiple subjects within the fitness world. I work in a male-dominated industry that involved physical tasks like lifting and carry heavy objects. I told Teresa that my goals were to be able to do all the same tasks everyone else did with ease. She was able to understand my goals right away and started planning. I began doing strength training with weights and at first was intimidated by all the technique and the idea of lifting weights which always seemed out of reach for me. However Teresa is an excellent teacher when it comes to guiding me to proper technique and explaining how the muscles and body work, since I’m also very curious. Now I have muscle definition in my arms where I didn’t think I could have it (go triceps!) and I’m able to properly lift things at work, something that has saved my back a few times. I also always walk away having learned something else about the body. Teresa is a fantastic trainer that analyzes your goals and figures out to how propel you towards them. She manages to keep me motivated even during the final reps when I’m about to collapse. I highly recommend training with her.
