Joseph was very responsive. His was prompt with his work and easily understood what the client was interested in. Made several changes as requested to his drawings. and came up with some layouts of his own design. I would hire him again when I need a draftsman.

I would definitely recommend hiring Joseph as your architect for your next project. We hired him to draw up plans for a garage that will be converted into an ADU and he did a great job. He gave us a fair price compared to other local architects and was very communicative. He also incorporated the ideas we had into the design of the space and answered all of our questions throughout the permitting process. In addition, when the city was requiring structural design drawings he recommended a great engineer who was able to perform the work.
