Wish I could give zero stars. We hired his guy in Dec to fix the dryer. Paid him for coming and upfront for the piece he needed to order plus labor. Told us it was on back order which we understood. Christmas comes and goes, still no part. In Jan he said a family member passed and we completely understood that he needed to be out of state. Said he would come after he is back in town. Never saw him. Told us he would come in March. Emailed that Friday to make sure h was still coming. He was in a wreck. Completely understand. Felt bad for all the bad luck he seemed to be having. Told him not to worry about coming to fix it and just send us the part in mail and refund us for he labor that we prepaid him for. Said he would mail on Monday. It has been three months and he has completely stopped all communication with us. He owes us$150 and I have a feeling we will never see it.
