Harry provided catering services for a reunion group of approximately 250 people at a beach / park location in La Jolla.
The food was terrific, providing a "buffet style" meal with five varied food stations. Harry worked closely with our group to arrange a delicious meal, staying within our budget. He served a tasty assortment of food for every guest's palate with a gorgeous presentation. The food was the talk of the event!
Harry's advice and suggestions were invaluable supporting our successful event. I would not hesitate to recommend Harry for any meal service, large or small, to provide a professional, timely and memorable gathering with a gourmet touch.

Cuisine a la Carte Catering - Harry Heyligers, is the BEST caterer!! Not only is he an excellent chef with experience preparing healthy and delicious dishes in a wide range of cuisines and styles, his presentation and attention to detail equals that of a 5 star restaurant. He has always accurately calculated the amount of food to prepare for my occasions, both large and small, while staying within my budget. Harry is a delightfully nuturing soul who prepares all of his dishes with a dash of love. Consider yourself lucky to have found this rare gem of a chef!

I highly recommend Harry Heyligers! I hired him to handle a very special event - a dinner for 10 out of town guests at my home. Harry handled everything perfectly! He made wonderful menu suggestions along with wine recommendations that the guests loved. Harry cooked everything absolutely brilliantly - better than fine dining restaurants, and his presentation was just beautiful. I have had in-home catering before, but nothing of this caliber. Everything was taken care of, right down to the clean up. Oh, and Harry is a very charming chef who entertained our guests with his presence - don't hide him in the kitchen. I would hire him again!
