He: arrived exactly on time; had all the necessary tools to remove an old fan and install a new fan; read all of the directions/instructions to be certain of what needed to be done; was clean and neat; spoke very good English; did not make a mess and cleaned up the work area when finished; explained how my new fan -- it has several interesting special features -- worked; took his time to install -- did not rush through. I would hire him again for any electrical work that I needed. A job well done!

Plasma Electric responded to my request within an hour or so of my post. He came out at the end of the day to perform troubleshooting. He identified the issue and came back 1st thing the next morning, as promised, and took care of the issue. He was responsive, professional and got the job done! We are so happy to have the issue resolved and to check it off of our “to do” list.
Overall, compared to other quotes, his price to diagnose was very competitive. Based on the time it took to complete the work, I think the cost was reasonable.
I’d hire him again if the need arises. I recommend Plasma without hesitation.
