Jim was very helpful when we were searching for our home. We looked at well over 20 places and submitted about 13 offers and he was very patient throughout the whole process. I remember there were some days where we drove around for hours looking at different places and he never once made us feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable with the process, what types of things were important to look for, and was always on the lookout for good homes for us to look at. Buying a home is a very stressful and long process, but Jim helped make it a much more positive experience. I would recommend Jim to anyone I know that is looking to buy a home.

Jim sold our house, and found us a new one. He is a friendly, happy, and incredibly efficient and affective realtor. There are not enough good adjectives to describe him! Communicative, thorough, and patient are the three that stand out the most for us. It was a blast working with him, and he will be a part of every home purchase or sale we have in the future. He is just a good person, and truly cares about his clients. He has a great work ethic, knows his stuff, and is far above the rest. We can't say enough good things about him.

Jim was both the agent who helped me find my first home and then helped me sell that home 4 1/2 years later. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for when buying my home and was also good with helping me understand what sort of homes we would find in my price range. When I was ready to sell, he had great advice for preparing my home and organized the list of offers in an easy to read and understand list. He knows the market and inventory in many different neighborhoods and believes in open communication with his clients and with the agents on the other end of the transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All licensed Realtors are required to attend 40 hours of Real Estate training per licensing cycle, or every 4 years. In addition to this our Brokerage has in house training and requirements that go above and beyond the minimum required educational credits. We have weekly updates on market trends and any legal issues and changes that impact our business.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After more than 20 years in business management I felt it was time to leave Corporate America and embark on a career I actually enjoy. Real Estate had always interested me since I bought my first home in 1989, and several homes after that. As a buyer I enjoyed previewing homes and honestly if I didn't do this for a living, I'd find a way to do it as a hobby. I love what I do!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
