Working with Top Tier Construction was such a great experience! We had a remodel we needed to get done before the holidays. They gave us an accurate timeline and realistic budget and stuck to it. They were reliable, incredibly friendly, and had great ideas on how to get the most usable space out of what we were planning to change. We had to take out one staircase, change the space into a walk in closet and part of our bathroom, build a new staircase (pictured below), and finish out the upstairs space to make a new bedroom and bonus room while working around other features of the house we couldn’t change.
They made the whole process less stressful and more enjoyable for us. We love how everything came out. We highly recommend them!

Berry and his team did a great job remodeling both our bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom took about 2 weeks and the kitchen 3 weeks which was way faster then other contractors not to mention his bid was the best. We are ecstatic with the final result!

We just finished our total renovation and was totally happy with TOP TIER CONSTRUCTION. To me, their biggest standout was their punctuality. The team showed up when they said they would and, incredibly, delivered the entire project exactly on schedule with exceptional quality. In the world of home renovations, staying on track is rare, and Berry, our contractor, handled it with ease. What truly sets them apart is how easy they are to deal with. Renovation projects naturally come with questions and minor hiccups, but Berry addressed every concern we had immediately. They were always professional, approachable, and proactive in solving issues before they became problems. I’m glad we found Top Tier!!!
