FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair, transparent, and flexible. Most handyman work is billed at an hourly rate, but many small jobs can be quoted with a flat price once I see photos. I also offer discounts for multiple tasks, repeat customers, seniors, and same-day bookings when my schedule allows. No hidden fees - everything is discussed upfront so you always know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep things simple: 1. I ask for a few photos or a quick description of the project. 2. I provide an estimate and clarify the details. 3. We pick a day and time that works best for the customer - I’m flexible. 4. I arrive fully prepared with tools and materials, complete the work, and clean up after. My goal is to make the process easy, clear, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience with home repairs, installations, assembly, and small remodeling tasks. Over time I’ve completed hundreds of successful handyman projects - TV mounting, drywall repairs, furniture assembly, plumbing and electrical fixes, painting, and more. I constantly update my skills and tools to provide safe, high-quality results.
