Above and beyond from the start. Karina was super responsive with my questions and getting us all set up. The movers arrived on time and were professional and attentive throughout. Must Have Movers helped me to dissemble one queen bed, two bunker beds, a sectional sofa and a desk, and moved them from 2nd floor into the first floor garage. They communicated well and responded quickly before their arrival. While dissembling the furnitures, they were professional and carefully put the accessories into zip bags. They moved the pieces down the stairs with extra care. They helped to stack the dissembled furnitures together according to my instructions and helped me to save a lot of space. They are very nice people and easy to work with. Very happy with their work, willing to use them again.
