Above and beyond from the start. Karina was super responsive with my questions and getting us all set up. The movers arrived on time and were professional and attentive throughout. Dmitrii, Azamat and Ivan were great moving everything and taking care of our items with care. Pricing was as expected. Would hire them again in the future.

Must Have Movers came highly recommended from a friend who recently moved. Thank goodness there are still businesses and folks who are willing to go the extra mile to help you out! Unfortunately, some guys I had tried to use to move ONE queen bed no-showed. Granted, it's a Sleep Number bed with an adjustable frame for my mom, so it's HEAVY and does require someone with knowledge or guidance to understand how to move. SOOOOO, frantically searching for a professional company that wasn't going to completely bust my wallet to move one queen bed was pretty difficult to find! I used Yelps request a quote for services, and got several responses immediately with the standard 3hr minimum, gas, etc. starting around $350+ (definitely make sure you read all the details). I was moving the bed about 2.5 miles away, and estimated it would take 1hr in totality. Must Have Movers had a flat rate, so I called and of course I was told no, along with 3 other moving companies because who really wants to have a whole truck with 2 workers to move one bed?! I then started to reach out to neighbors trying to find help. However, about an hour or so later, Karina called me back and asked if I was still needing help. She had discussed with a manager and they were willing to give me a small discount at a flat rate, and were able to help the next day! The fact that Karina was willing to ask, and call me back was hugely appreciated! I was very grateful since my mom was moving out of her rental and we really needed help moving the bed.David and Diego arrived the next day, right on time. David called me and was very gracious on the phone. There was a minor miscommunication on if they would notify me beforehand, but luckily, I was only a short distance away. When I arrived about 10 min later, David was already prepping the bed, which is something I'd normally do. David had familiarity which was hugely helpful and made the process extremely smooth! Both him and Diego were very professional and quick! In addition, they willingly abided by our request to remove their shoes or wear booties inside the house (you know Asians :P). They made sure to really prep and protect the bed, and ensure safe transit.When we arrived to my place, I had another bed in the spare room, and they were willing to help me move that to place the Sleep Number in its place. In addition, David helped me set the Sleep Number back up and ensure it was working as expected. They definitely went above and beyond!I've used 2-3 moving companies before, but I'd highly recommend Must Have Movers for their professionalism, efficiency, pricing, and amazing support!
