- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate is $65/hr Can be paid weekly or monthly 8% Discount for cash ($60/hr) Rate may be slightly higher ($70) based on commute
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting a conversation where we discuss your goals, workout history, timeframe, injuries, availability/desired sessions per week, etc Next, we schedule a complimentary session which serves as an assessment of your functional movement patterns so I can determine where your at physically which is also a mini workout (approx 45 min) We will dial in your specific goals and determine a desirable timeline based on my recommendations. Then we get you scheduled and working towards your goals 💪
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through ACSM since 2008. I have several other specific certifications for group fitness coaching. I am certified and specialized in HIIT, TRX, BOSU, Functional Movement, Balance, Posture and Flexibility, Core Specific Training, Injury prevention and nutritional guidance amongst others
