Alisha is easily the best trainer I have ever had. She pays close attention during the workout, encourages and pushes me at the right moments. She is very responsive and tailors my workout to my needs.

Alisha was amazing to work with. For the first time ever in my life I had a clear, structured and doable exercise program that was personalized and fun!! Alisha took a lot of care and time to progress me in a way that exercise has now become a regular part of my life. I got my body fat percentage down by quite a bit (I had been trying for 3 years prior to get the scale to budge) and gained 2.5 lbs of muscle, which was a first for me! I would highly recommend Alisha because she is a great blend of professional and knows her stuff while also being fun and engaging. Very happy with my results.
