I believe in fitness with a strategy. I don't believe in random fitness. I believe that we have to work out to gain strength, flexibility and lean muscle mass to burn fat and in order to maximize our strength and flexibility. We also have to eat to fuel our body properly. The transformation I see that occurs in my clients' perception of themselves. My clients grow as people. They begin taking their health and bodies seriously. They also become more knowledgeable about not just eating right but eating in a way that maximizes results.

I worked with Lexi to lose some weight and tone up. At 30, I had a funky knee due to joint overuse and Lexi and I were able to work around my injury during our workouts. As a personal trainer, she was very aware of body dynamics and exercise modifications. In 8 weeks, I lost 20lbs. Lexi's workouts gave me energy, helped me lose fat, and gain lean muscle and strength. She also helped me with meal planning. She was always able to answer my questions about nutrition and supplements. She's truly committed to fitness and because of her, I was able to lose a few dress sizes. I got amazing results. -Liz C.

I am so happy I found Lexi. She is the first personal trainer (and I've had many) who actually knows, in depth, what she is talking about in the areas of fitness and nutrition. Not only is she super knowledgeable about exercise and how to build lean muscle and burn fat, but she explains concepts in a way that immediately makes sense. She creates amazing workouts that deliver results for the female body. I learn tons when I work out with Lexi and I sweat tons too. I wish I had met her sooner. Olga Cannon

Lexi is amazing. I'm am a 40 year old female nurse and I had tried everything to lose weight. All I would do was yoyo diet and lose and gain---until I met Lexi. She put me on a fitness schedule and helped me with my diet. One thing I loved about Lexi's workouts besides the fact that they deliver results, is that I never got bored. They vary from session to session and got my heart rate up. She also explains why we are doing the exercises we do so I learn a lot. She isn't one of those trainers that just counts along. If she sees me struggling, she jumps right in and sweats alongside with me. Everything she has taught me and the results I've gotten have changed my life. In 3 months, I lost over 20lbs and gained lean muscle. I am so lucky to have her as my trainer.

Hiring Lexi to be my trainer this year has been a very positive experience. I found her on Thumbtack and felt her qualifications met my needs. I was looking for a trainer to help me lose weight and keep me accountable. She exceeded all my expectations. She's professional, punctual, positive and really cares about her clients' health. She knows how to get women's bodies into shape. I've lost 3 dress sizes already.
