I moved into a home in September with a pool. I had never had a pool before and had 0 idea what I was doing. For months I used another service that was constantly telling me something was wrong and needed fixed, costing me so much money, and not communicating at all. I felt so defeated and didn't know what to do. I finally found Andrew, and he is a life saver! My pool is cleaner than ever, everything is working, he takes time to show me what everything is and what to do if something happens. When I message him for help he always responds. He is professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. He is great and I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are a new pool owner or even a long-term pool owner and just want to know your pool is in good hands, you should call Andrew.

Andrew, the owner of Pure Pacific Pool Cleaning is the best pool guy we have ever had in the last 30+ years of having pools. Our pool was in bad shape from our previous two Pool service companies not knowing what they were doing. Andrew came in and started taking care of business right away. He put in extra time servicing and kept us updated on all it was going to take to get our pool back in shape. He sent us weekly texts letting us know if any chemicals were out of balance and what he was doing. Now our pool is in great condition, thanks to Andrew. I highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are quoted based on current market pricing, but still competitive, with a guarantee on thorough communication and better quality service. I also offer a referral program that has no limits for existing customers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimates! I go to your house, do a thorough check on equipment, check pool chemistry and ask homeowner some questions so I can give them a more accurate quote for my services…all of that for no charge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to help my father in law with his pool company that he had for over 20 years. I’ve learned mostly everything I know now from the years I worked alongside him.
