I am only sad that the maximum is 5 stars! After dealing with a flakey coordinator, Emily came up to speed so quickly and made sure our wedding at the Grand Del Mar ran smoothly and relieved us of so much stress. This was not a small task as we had a good number of vendors and outside services coming in. She definitely earned our highest recommendation!

Where do I begin? Emily was nothing short of amazing! From the very first interaction I knew she was the right person for the job! I hired Emily for day of coordination of my wedding and she was by far the best decision I made regarding the wedding! She was communicative, warm and very talented! She knows her stuff. She thinks of every detail and anticipates your needs. From the directing the rehearsal, to communicating with vendors, to sending me encouraging texts along the way she was such a super star. She is a creative genius! She designed a seating chart for me based on a couple sentences I sent her describing my vision. She absolutely nailed it and then surprised me by making coordinating name tents for the wedding party's seats at the reception. I could go on all day about how wonderful Emily is. We used Emily as our wedding coordinator and got wayyyyyyy more than what we expected. We were unsure if we wanted to use a coordinator at all and now looking back I couldn’t imagine not using one. She was absolutely amazing. She coordinated with all vendors for the wedding and we basically did nothing to help. It took an incredible amount of stress off of my now wife at the time. That was worth much more than what Emily charged us. Thank you so much Emily! We literally couldn’t have done it without you!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We provide three main package levels with basic pricing as a jumping off point to get the conversation started. We are always open to creating new packages customized to meet the client's needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Froelich Means Happy offers clients one free in person consultation before you sign anything. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and make sure we fit. This is also our chance to go over all your needs with you, explain more about our business, and answer any questions that you might have.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our owner Emily Froelich has been in the event world since 2012 and has done everything from intimate sixty person weddings to large 400 person nonprofit fundraisers.
