Had a failure in our home A/C unit and at this time of year here in Palm Springs you can't wait. Had not used Brockton before but had a friend who had a good experience with them so I gave them a call. Got a quick call back and discussed the problem and had a good feeling after the discuss with Steve who was able to schedule an appointment same day. I thought I had a good sense of how HVAC systems worked but learned a few things from Steve who was able to quickly diagnose and get cool air flowing pretty quickly. I had imagined an expensive repair bill but was really super pleased with the total cost for parts and labor. I had gotten a couple of other estimates before selecting Brockton and their minimum charge would have been about what the total cost ended up being. Left me some $$ for a margarita or two. I would highly recommend Brockton for repair work and they also do new installs and ongoing maintenance (which I decided to schedule annually with them to avoid any surprises next year).Jul 8, 2015
