Introduction: I have dedicated the last 29 years of my life in the hvac trade, I bring old school work ethic with all the lastest technology. Had a failure in our home A/C unit and at this time of year here in Palm Springs you can't wait. Had not used Brockton before but had a friend who had a good experience with them so I gave them a call. Got a quick call back and discussed the problem and had a good feeling after the discuss with Steve who was able to schedule an appointment same day. I thought I had a good sense of how HVAC systems worked but learned a few things from Steve who was able to quickly diagnose and get cool air flowing pretty quickly. I had imagined an expensive repair bill but was really super pleased with the total cost for parts and labor. I had gotten a couple of other estimates before selecting Brockton and their minimum charge would have been about what the total cost ended up being. Left me some $$ for a margarita or two. I would highly recommend Brockton for repair work and they also do new installs and ongoing maintenance (which I decided to schedule annually with them to avoid any surprises next year).

No complications here. I charge time and materials. I will give you an estimate first. Most jobs come in at or under estimates, on occasion problems show up after I get the unit running.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely dedicated to hvac, I'm constantly studying my trade. I'm a epa Procter, a nate Procter, I'm nate certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Hvac chose me, I was 19 yrs old and joined the USAF and that's the job they gave me and I never looked back.
