What customers should know about my pricing discounts and fees is that my work is very important to me and I have 22 years of experience in this business and I give discounts for returning customers, as well as as you can see in my pricing list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with the new customer is making a good impression of myself and fully understanding their needs and coming to an agreement with them, and just make them happy with the end results of cleaning their homes as I know how important it is to them as well as myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diploma as well as a business license for my janitorial services.
