Do yourself a favor and hire Sam! You won’t regret it. We had a full kitchen appliance suite to install (that had its challenges). This included a dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas cooktop, microwave and double oven. Sam was very professional and polite when he came. He informed me when he ran into issues and also provided solutions for the issues. He worked quickly and efficiently. After he was done, he cleaned up any trash that was created. Here are a few things that were unique for our project that he tackled. 1. Dishwasher didn’t have airgap. He instructed me exactly what to say to the plumber (put in a high loop as an alternative). 2. Gas cooktop was not next to the electric outlet. This required us to have to drill through the cabinets to connect the gas. 3. Opening for the double oven was 1/8” too small. He was able to cut to the requirements. 4. Missing microwave exhaust to the outside of the house. Sam was kind enough to go to Home Depot and get the actual parts! Rest aside that when you hire Sam, you are hiring an experienced professional!

I initially called Sam because my AC unit was not working - machine would turn on but the outside fan would not spin. Even though we were in the midst of a heat wave, Sam squeezed me in the day after I reached out. He was on-time, he came prepared and he diagnosed and fixed my issue in no time at all. He also put in a 2 pounds of freon. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing so that I would understand what was going on. Good customer service! Since he also works on appliances, I asked him to look at my refrigerator because the compressor has been making a 'clunking' noise. He pulled the refrigerator out, took a look at the issue and told me that it was nothing to worry about. While back there, he mentioned that my unit could use a good dusting. When I told him I didn't have the right brush, he gave me his. No charge for inspecting my unit or for the brush. My washer was also broken (when it rains, it pours) - machine wasn't spinning during the spin cycle. He diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes. Because he didn't have the parts, he told me he'd call me later with a quote. And he did! No prompting needed. He came back the next day and fixed the washer. Because he was there, I asked him to do some work on the dryer too. He corrected my dryer issue - no charge. Sam is great! He's qualified, capable, friendly and very cost-effective. He doesn't nickel and dime you when you have a whole host of issues to address. And he takes the time to explain what he is doing and what he recommends that you do next. I'll definitely be calling him again.
