All Real Estate Brokers and Property Managers are paid on a percentage basis. All commissions are negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the objective to ascertain the clients needs. Utilize technology by means of textings, emailing, phone calls, video conference, and faxing to determine a course of initial action and to outline our goals.

BSBM- Bachelors of Science in Business Mgmt and Finance over 30 years experience in sales and customer service over 20 years licensed with the California Department of Real Estate 0ver 20 years licensed and bonded as a California Notary Public Member of the Californina Association of Realtors Member of the National Association of Realtors
