Five Star is not enough! Stacy is really responsive and he sent Lefel just next day and he went really above and beyond service. He took care of all of our units not just replace the water heater. He is so respectful about no shoes inside the house policy and he cleans up after he snaked even we said you don’t need to. We can’t express how amazing he was for just five star! We really recommend them for any plumbing service!

Frank came out today to give us an education on changing out our gas water heater to a tankless. He was knowledgeable, on-time, really nice guy, and gave us great suggestions. We look forward to working with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get this completed. Work is now complete, and we are very happy! Frank did an amazing job on the tankless water heater. He had assistant Lefal for the morning who was also so polite. Brett the electrician completed the wiring. We are so happy with the gentlemen, the quick response from Stacy, the punctuality, the cleanliness, the value, and the service. We highly recommend them! We will be having additional work updated by them as well!

He explained everything to my husband and was very honest and courteous. He get the job done and work diligently to find the issues.
