If you hire him and give him at least 15-20 minutes, he shows up on time, sometimes earlier than expected. He does a great job at get the job done, and his work shows for it. He shows that he can do his best, and can communicate with you about if there are any problems that you know how to take care of. However, sometimes he could show up late, but that rarely happens.
