David and his team are an exceptional and hard working team. I first hired him to do a one time yard clean up and I was so happy he was able to come out the very next day to look at my yard and start the work right away. His prices were up front and the work he preformed was quick but very well done. He noticed that my gutters were in bad shape and some limbs were in need of being cut back during our walk through so I hired him to do it all. The outcome was so well done I hired him to come do my weekly service. I run a short-term rental from this property so the yard needs to look great for my guests, which is very difficult because the yard is over an acre with many varieties of flowers, shrubs, and trees. David and his team leave this yard looking perfect each and every time. Ive had guests compliment me on how beautiful and well maintained the grounds are and Im sure to give David all the credit. Its a huge undertaking and Im so relieved to have found Paradise Pines.

David and his crew impressed me the very first time they came out. After the fire and the storms, the place was a mess. They came out and cleared all yards, roofs and gutters in record time! I was extremely happy with the price he quoted for regular maintenance, too. They got the place looking great and theyve kept it that way for me. Hes also taken care of a few extra things around the place (hauling, breaking up wood, breaking down an old arbor that was fire damaged, etc.) Theyve simply made my life easier. Thanks so much, David!!
