Prime Pipe Plumbing and Rooter Service (P3) provided quick, effective, quality service. The technician diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired and replaced the needed pipe and valve. The technician clearly showed me the damaged pipe after it was dug out and tested for my peace of mind before covering up again. The valve was replaced and tested for me as well. He arrived early and was done in enough time for me to still go to work on time. Cleaned the area and it was like there was never a problem. Highly recommended for a quick, clean, no-nonsense service or repair.

Amen was the best. Came out on a Saturday night as he promised earlier in the afternoon.cleared main line so we now have a working bathroom. Polite, professional and efficient. He came out and fixed our problem after working in Pasadena all day. Was great

Well a main line water break is not what I was looking forward to today. So I called and Amen and his associate rolled in shortly after I called. A truly big pain in the butt job. They had to dig 3 very big and deep holes and move a lot of decorative rock in my front yard in the 85+ degree heat. They were super professional and worked continuously in the heat to get the job done in a day. I was able to provide a pop up, lots of water and fan to ease their pain of the hot and humid day. I will say the job was expensive but considering what was involved it would have taken me at least a week probably more to get it done and still would have had to purchase all the parts (and tools) involved to complete the job. They knew what they were doing and got it done in a day. So in the long run, money well spent.
