We hired Derek to cater 150 Korean guests at a wedding reception at our church and it went phenomenal. Derek was super professional & flexible. He worked with the budget and answer all our questions & concerns promptly. Derek & Staff showed up on time for the set up & look professional & handling party details we hadn't considered. The food was beautifully displayed & served hot. Lot of complements from guests on quality, service & professionalism that Derek & his staff provided. I just had Dereck Dickenson Events cater my wedding last Saturday Oct 8,2022 and it was a wonderful experience. Dereck was the the first company to respond to my request and I liked how professional he was from the beginning. His pricing and the quality of food he included on my quote was the best I received and were all delicious. His staff did everything to set up and cleaned up. I gave him one sample table and he did the rest. He is so pleasant to work with and his team all worked well together. Can’t thank him enough for making my event a memorable one. I would highly recommend him and he will be the only catering company I’ll ever use. Thank you Dereck and team!!! Only regret I have is not taking photos of the food because I was too busy being a bride.

I hosted New Years dinner party and found Derek he was super professional and flexible. He worked with the budget I had and answer all my questions and concerns promptly. The food was beautifully displayed and served hot. The service was excellent his staff was friendly and professional. After working with other caterers Derek has been the best. He brought everything needed, was on time and we even had left overs. It was a pleasure working with him.

Derek provided catering for our DIY wedding. I have never in my life seen someone work this hard on an event for someone else. The food was outstanding. The service was outstanding. Derek listened to EVERY little detail of how I wanted my special day, offered professional advice on how to accomplish my goals, and never made me feel like a single idea was bad. On the day of the et, things were a bit hectic for me. Derek stepped in and provided day of coordinating to ensure all was well. At the actual reception, Derek mingled with the guest, constantly made sure that everyone had everything they needed, and watched his staff closely to be sure they were on point. My guest absolutely LOVED Derek and his fantastic crew. When the event was over, Derek and his staff stayed to assist with clean up, and the bill was hardly changed. The value exceeded the amount I paid. I cannot recommend Derek enough for your event, large or small. Ours was over 200 people, and absolutely perfect!
