- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Day of Coordinator package starts at $1,300. However, depending on venue, complexity of the event, and if set up is needed I would bring with me additional assistants. However, if there is a need for an additional assistant there would be an additional $100 charge per assistant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would either talk over the phone with a client or meet with them in person to get to know who they are. I’m a person who loves hearing and getting to know my clients first before jumping into the work. Then after getting to know them, I hear a little bit about their vision and discuss with them ways that I can make those dreams come to life. Then I send over a contract/ proposal for them to look over and after that’s been completed we jump right into the planning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors in Communications. Moreover, I worked as a student caller for three years which gave me the experience to develop my sales/ customer service skills
