Julio responded quickly to my ad and was able to come out the next day for a job walk, after viewing the work he gave me a rough estimate. Julio emailed me a complete estimate with cost for each task as well as describing the work. He was able to come on the agreed upon day, on time which for some guys seems to be a problem. Julio told me before each day what his task would be and gave me updates through the day. My wife was home with our kids so her being comfortable with him was very important to me. If he had a question he would refer to her for her opinion and if she was not sure he would give me a call. Julio completed his tasks in a timely clean and efficient manner. I WILL be calling him back in a few months to complete more work. Just getting to know him a few days I know I can depend on him to do the work and do it well. I will also be referring him to my friends and family if they need work done around their homes. Thank you again for a job well done Julio.

Did great job installing new insulation and drywall in our garage. The job was completed ahead of time, and everything looks great. It’s a small thing, but the cleanup was well done, too. He’s a friendly guy. Polite, professional, and easy to work with. I’ll hire again for another upcoming project.
