Kevin was my first trainer getting back into a more proactive lifestyle. He definitely showed his skills, expertise, personal training abilities to his fullest extent. Along with the motivational checkups he does, the meal plan he offered was very versatile and accommodating to my unhealthy lifestyle featuring Key “healthier substitutions” that were very easy to adapt to.
