John at the Handy Plug came to our rescue late on a Saturday evening to help us with damaged ethernet wires that our dogs chewed up. We had no TV and no internet as well as no Wifi. After working on another job the entire day, John came over and repaired it within 20 minutes. My husband and I knew we liked him right away because he was very nice and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem and fixed it! We would highly recommend John for any home repairs that you have. Thank you for rescuing us and saving our weekend! We thought we were going to have to be without service until Monday and thanks to John he was able to restore it immediately! He is also very affordable! Call him!
