- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any arrangements/agreements are finalized, I prefer to discuss details over the phone or in person to give the resident an opportunity to share their needs, so I may better meet their expectations and conclude if we are a match. The next step is to visit the client and view the condition of the home which in return helps me determine the time and labor invested in the service and price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning since I was in Jr High. My mother always depended on me to help with the house chores. She taught me how to be organize and clean. It always made me feel good when I would wake up Saturday mornings and clean the house while she was at work. She always praised me for doing a good job. It felt good to see the relief in her face when she would come home from work, enjoying her home was clean and giving her time to rest.
