I specialize in providing my clients with a regiment catering to their specific fitness goals. I am very attentive to proper form and positioning especially with beginners. I throughly enjoy what I do and I apply that to every training session. To not only make sure we are getting the job done but, that we're having a good time while doing it! I love seeing the progress of my clients. Many begin with minimal capabilities and in just a short time, become capable of numerous push ups and improved posture among many others!

I hired John as my personal trainer and couldn't be happier. I am a 58 year old woman and completely new to strength training. The pace is comfortable but strenuous and always with an emphasis on form. John's attitude is positive and encouraging. He builds my confidence and I enjoy my workout.
