Laura not only provides you with the best resume services but her professional coaching has been the best investment I’ve made in myself and my future. Laura will give you all the right advice and tools to succeed!
Dustin is awesome! Great positive attitude, he is a great teacher/coach! Learning a lot of new basketball techniques! Appreciate his help to improve my basketball skills.
She started as my Zumba instructor. In those classes she kicks the trash out of me with her constant combinations of dance, leg lunges and arm workouts which are awesome. I feel great after her workouts and know I will feel the soreness the next day but its all worth it. I work out harder and harder and she is always there pushing me to do better. After her classes she always makes time for anyone who needs to speak to her about their diet or what workouts should be good for them. She also took on the assignment on training my husband who has MS and she pushes him beyond his limit. Even though I have only known her almost a year as my instructor and trainer she has also become my friend and someone I can talk to when I need help or coaching. Thank you Johanna :)
Diane is awesome! She started training my son and now has become our family coach, training me and my husband too:) Thank you Diane!
Mela is a phenomenal healer and absolute master of her craft. She has provided training in anatomy and physiology to my students in training to be Yoga instructors and has worked on my own body to heal injuries that no one else could cure.
I worked out with JJ for 6 consecutives months and loved it! I was scared about not being "fit" enough and that some of the workouts would be too difficult, but everything was modified specifically for me. JJ, is a great trainer and always made time before, or after class, to answer any questions or concerns I had. His approach to training is one where he strongly believes in motivating and supporting his class to be the strongest, healthiest, and happiest they can be--no matter your fitness level!

Are you looking for a trainer just for a name sake? Not ready to work hard but just want to tell people that you have a personal trainer? If so this is NOT the guy for you. Nicholas is an expert when it comes to strength training, abs , weight/fat loss, nutrition ...... you name it and he knows it. I have been training with him for last 3 months. It has been a great experience. He is not like any other trainer, he will have a detailed discussion with you and set up targets/goals before starting the training. He then performs complete analysis of your nutrition and other physical activities. After that you get a program that is specifically targeting your needs and helps you achieve the goals. He is good at kicking ass ( in a good way ) to make you work harder, works with you through the session , makes adjustments and modifications as we progress. The work outs are always interesting and different , he makes sure to keep them interesting and challenging all the time. This makes the whole experience enjoyable and you can actually see the visible results along the way. If you are looking for a trainer who would help you and motivate you to reach your goals this is the guy you should go to.
Julia is a rare gem in this world. Caring, compassionate, and extremely insightful, Julia makes people feel cared for and loved for who they are all while helping them become who they have the potential to be. Anyone who has the opportunity to learn from her and her diversified life experiences is truly lucky. I highly recommend her coaching services without any reservation.
Dina is an accomplished professional with over 20 years experience. I needed to train with someone who had my best interest at heart and I am very glad I met her. Dina is helping me with mobility issues. After 2 weeks I can say that I can actually move better.Dina is patient and thorough. She includes not only physical training but also diet and attitude along the way. She is fun but never looses track of the real goal...training. I will continue to go to Dina and will certainly tell friends about her.
Come As You Are means just that - it doesn't matter if you are flexible or not, thin or not, into meditation or not. Amber loves yoga and sharing it with everybody, and she is very down to earth and friendly and fun to be with. She must have advanced training of some sort because she knows more than any other yoga instructor I've had. For example, she showed me how to avoid getting shin splints. Highly, highly recommend CAYA Yoga and Amber DeBarge!
I have been going to Sly for over 3 years now, 3 to 4 times a week, if I could I would show the before/after pictures and everything would be said. It is not easy especially after 35 but Sly makes it fun (yes fun!) and he is very good at what he does. I have never been in a better shape. I had a couple of trainers before Sly so I can say he is just the most dedicated trainer I know. He listens, cares, tailors the workout just for me and knows how to keep me motivated session after session even after 3 years. Sly helped me understand that it isn't only the workout that matters but diet and life style are as, if not, more important. Prices are very affordable for the quality of the training. The studio is clean and well equipped, centrally located and parking is easy. I can only recommend Sly King fitness. Many thanks to Sly!!
Mike and Mary are down to Earth, great people. They are very easy to talk to and know their stuff. I would definitely recommend them as life coaches!
Gina Linn is an excellent life coach who focuses on learning how to love yourself in order to give back and pay it forward. Also known as Dr. Love, she has developed her own brand of L.O.V.E. to help anyone live their lives in a way that is purpose driven and aligned with their values and strengths.
Ty takes his training to another level. He is extraordinarily knowledgable and his love of training and body building shows in the extra effort he puts forth as a trainer. Ty takes the time to explain everything from how to do the exercise correctly (which helps avoid injury), to what muscles you should be utilizing, to how to property isolate those muscles and he gives instruction on proper hand/feet/knee etc placement for each exercise. All of this information combined allowed me to get better and faster results while minimizing any risk of injury. I became stronger and my muscles were more defined within weeks. For me personally, I was a dancer for decades and thought I knew my way around a gym/weight room so I was hesitant to hire a trainer. However, after hiring Ty as my trainer, I learned that there was so much that I didn't know about working out and it only took weeks of training under his program to see results!! He taught me how to work out property and how to better utilize my time during my workouts to get maximum results. He does a complete training program with meal prep and/or meal plans. He is very responsive to any program questions I have. I couldn't be happier with the results I've had and look forward to continuing my training with Ty. His knowledge and enthusiasm for training makes the entire experience extremely positive.
I offer a fun, interactive teaching style that encompasses more than 20 years of performing and 15 years of teaching experience. As a performer, I have worked as a professional singer, actor, musician and dancer. I have always had a passion for teaching, directing and composing. While my love for performing has lessened over the years, I have found my true calling: teaching, directing and helping others to find their passion for music and the performing arts. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies with a special emphasis in music, theater, dance and psychology. I am a graduate candidate working on completing my thesis as my final requirement for a Master of Arts degree in music at San Diego State University. I am a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), California Association of Professional Music Teachers (CAPMT) and Music Teachers National Association (MTNA). With respect to Meditation Instruction, my qualifications are a bit unique. I have practiced meditation for over 30 years, primarily in the Buddhist traditions. However, I can teach meditation either within or outside of a spiritual context. What tends to make a meditation teacher effective are not so much his/her words, as the experiential understanding behind those words. And what generally creates that understanding is the consistent practice of meditation itself . In other words, the mind training that meditation provides. This training of the mind and heart can happen in normal daily life , and it happens especially effectively in silent retreat. I have done countless silent retreats since 1985, and in recent years, for as long as two months at a time. I have been taught (in and out of retreat) by the most renowned Western teachers of mindfulness and Buddhist Insight Meditation, and in 2017, I was authorized to teach in the Western Tradition of Insight Meditation by these teachers.
I offer heart-centered coaching to empower individuals. I am offering valuable tools and scientifically proven breakthroughs for a powerful transformation.
