Our trainer is doing an excellent job training our puppy and is. She takes her time to explain things to us and then shows what to do and how to do it. Our puppy is learning. Also she is always on time for our home appointments

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 for a half hour to an hour private lesson. Packages are available with discounts. $99 for basic obedience (sit, down, stay, come, loose leash walking, and problem solving)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a free meet and greet. To meet my customer and have my customer meet me as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Dog Trainer from Animal Behavior College.
