At Wepa Commercial Cleaning, our service proposals are typically structured based on a cost-per-square-foot model, multiplied by the requested service frequency. This ensures transparency, accuracy, and scalability based on your facility’s specific needs. Our minimum monthly rate for services provided twice per week is $1,200.00. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client enters into a recurring service agreement with Wepa Commercial Cleaning, we schedule an Initial Walk-through to ensure full alignment and clarity before services begin. During this walk-through: • The client’s designated point of contact is expected to be present. • Wepa Commercial Cleaning will be represented by both the Account Executive and Operations Manager. • The purpose is to review the facility, confirm expectations, answer any questions, and exchange all relevant information, such as access procedures, special instructions, and points of inspection. Following the first scheduled cleaning, our Operations Manager will conduct a follow-up visit within 24 hours to ensure everything met the client’s expectations and to immediately address any concerns. At the 30-day mark, a formal written evaluation will be completed and submitted to the client, with a copy filed at Wepa’s Regional Office for quality assurance tracking. This ongoing feedback loop and supervision process will continue indefinitely to maintain high service standards—unless otherwise requested or modified by the client.

At Wepa Commercial Cleaning, we require all supervisors to undergo comprehensive, in-depth training tailored to the specific demands of commercial janitorial services. Our structured training program covers every critical aspect of the industry to ensure consistent excellence and compliance. Key components of our training curriculum include: • Advanced commercial cleaning techniques • Chemical handling and product education • Biohazard protocols and OSHA-compliant safety standards • Effective customer service practices • Internal operational procedures and our strict Code of Ethics Upon successful completion, our Operations Managers receive additional specialized instruction focused on quality control and inspection methodologies, equipping them to lead teams with precision and accountability. To stay current with industry innovations and evolving standards, ongoing training seminars are provided regularly for all supervisory and operations personnel.
