Unfortunately, I had called and confirmed the price on a special they were running; the admin who took the call did not get enough information from me to determine that I was not eligible for the special pricing. However, Luciano was able to tell me that before beginning work and said he would honor the price if he was able to clear the drain without having to break into the wall. Once he diagnosed the problem, he told me what my options were as well as the associated costs. He wore booties and even asked for cleaning supplies to clean up the mess that was made.10/10 would highly recommend!"See more

Since my parents don't use anything technology-based they often turn to me to find them a professional to help them with any needed repairs. Igor was incredibly responsive and immediately took care of my parents. They were so happy with him and the work he did they are ready to shout referrals to him from the rooftop. Abel submitted a detailed work estimate and work guarantee. He hooked 3 new bathroom sinks and faucets up and our kitchen sink/faucet after our new countertops were installed all while trying to upgrade our ancient plumbing. This was a lot more work than I expected and took much more of his time. But he completed the job and honored his quote. We are extremely happy with Macias plumbing and will be using them in the future and referring them to others. Highly recommend.
