Elegant Touch did an amazing job cleaning my apartment! I work two jobs (80 hours a week) and I don’t have much time to deep clean. My apartment has never looked cleaner! Super accommodating and communicates quickly and often. Will be using them again!

I highly recommend Elegant Touch Cleaning services. We were moving out of the house and needed a deep clean service the next day. They immediately responded, were punctual, and very thorough. They did a great job! The cost of the service was the amount they quoted us from the beginning, so there were no surprises or hidden costs. I will refer this service to others in the San Diego area.

We were in a pinch and had Elegant Touch clean two of our Airbnb units while we were out of town. They did an amazing job, great communication from scheduling to execution, fair pricing, and they showed up right on time. They earn their repeat business, that’s for sure. Will be rescheduling again with Elegant Touch cleaning for all of our Airbnb units on Mission Beach!

I have had many companies in the past come and do a deep clean and nothing compares to the service! They were professional, and every single detail was taken care of above and beyond my expectations. I am a neat freak, and I have never had a deep cleaning like this! Highly recommend.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning requested. Every home is different, so we provide estimates that may vary depending on the level of detail needed.
We offer discounts for recurring services, as well as for seniors and military when applicable.
All supplies are included, and eco-friendly products are available upon request. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about your home (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and type of cleaning). Photos are helpful for more accurate estimates.
Once we provide a quote and confirm availability, we schedule your service. After your first cleaning, we can set up a recurring plan based on your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning.
We are trained in proper cleaning techniques, product use, and attention to detail to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
